A Sicilian soft cheese, 100% form sheep’s milk. The fresh pecorino cheese has a cylindrical shape with flat faces, where it is possible to observe the marks left by the basket. The short aging time gives Sicilian pecorino cheese a sweet, milk taste and a soft consistency, making it easy to slice it.

 

Ingredients: Pasteurized sheep’s MILK, pasteurized MILK, black pepper (1%), salt, rennet and lactic ferments.

Origin of milk: Italy – 100% Sicily
