La Cava’s canestrato cheese with chili pepper is a soft cheese made from sheep’s and cow’s milk and enriched with the spicy notes of red chili peppers. Its taste, strong and tingling, lends itself well to being consumed uncooked as part of a selection of traditional Italian cheeses.

 

Ingredients: Pasteurized sheep’s MILK, pasteurized MILK, chili pepper (1%), salt, rennet and lactic ferments.

Origin of milk: Italy – 100% Sicily
