The aged pecorino cheese with black pepper is a typical Sicilian cooked cheese, made exclusively with sheep’s milk.

The manual processing and aging give this cheese an intense, persistent and decisive flavor, which is enhanced by the presence of black pepper grains. The cheese has a hard consistency, which makes it ideal to consume uncooked.

Ingredients: Pasteurized sheep’s MILK, black pepper (1%), salt, rennet and lactic ferments.

Origin of milk: Italy – 100% Sicily
