Sicilian capers, one of the most typical products of our land, inspired us to prepare this soft table cheese. The taste of our canestrato cheese with capers is intense and savory. The irregular surface of its shape shows the marks left by the basket where the cheese has been left to age.
Ingredients: Pasteurized sheep’s MILK, pasteurized MILK, capers (1%), salt, rennet and lactic ferments.
