Our canestrato cheese with dried tomatoes is a soft cheese made with sheep’s milk and seasoned with dried tomatoes. A delicious dairy product, in which you can feel the sweet and fragrant flavor of dried tomatoes, along with all the taste of Sicilian milk.

On the cylindrical shape you can see the marks left by the baskets in which the cheese is put to mature.

Ingredients: Pasteurized sheep’s MILK, pasteurized MILK, dehydrated tomato (3%), salt, rennet and lactic ferments.

Origin of milk: Italy – 100% Sicily
