Amongst our dairy factory’s products, we have included also the canestrato cheese with pistachio, a soft cheese made with sheep’s and cow’s milk and enhanced by the crunchiness of whole pistachios. It has a sweet and fruity taste which lends itself well to being consumed uncooked, on cheese platters with other traditional Italian cheeses.
Ingredients: Pasteurized sheep’s MILK, pasteurized MILK, pistachio (2%), salt, rennet and lactic ferments.
