The canestrato cheese with capers and chili is a cheese with savory and spicy notes, excellent both raw and served on platters in combination with typical products. Like all La Cava cheeses, it is made with milk from small Sicilian farms, in this case with sheep’s and cow’s milk.
Ingredients: Pasteurized sheep’s MILK, pasteurized MILK, capers (1%), CHILI PEPPER (1%), salt, rennet and lactic ferments.
