Tuma is a typical Sicilian cheese, which we make from sheep’s and cow’s milk we collect from the small farms in our area. It is a fresh canestrato cheese, used in many traditional recipes, and especially for the Sicilian “scacciata”. It has a delicate and sweet milk taste, and it stands out from other canestrato cheeses thanks to its white color and its extremely soft consistency.
Ingredients: Pasteurized sheep’s MILK, pasteurized MILK, salt, rennet and lactic ferments.
