La Cava’s cheese with rocket is a canestrato cooked cheese made of sheep’s and cow’s milk, flavored with fresh rocket.

A soft cheese with an aromatic and spicy taste, characteristic of arugula, which is suitable for raw consumption, and goes well with traditional Italian cheese platters.

Ingredients: Pasteurized sheep’s MILK, pasteurized MILK, rocket (2%), salt, rennet and lactic ferments.

Origin of milk: Italy – 100% Sicily
