La Cava’s ginger cheese stands out for its unique taste. Fruity, with fresh and sweetly spicy notes typical of ginger, this canestrato cheese is prepared with sheep’s and cow’s milk from small farms in our territory and processed in our factory, according to the Sicilian dairy tradition.
Ingredients: Pasteurized sheep’s MILK, pasteurized MILK, ginger (3%), salt, rennet and lactic ferments.
