Made with cow’s milk and aged for a short time, our semi-aged provola is a semi-compact cheese, characterized by a savory taste and by its color, tending to straw yellow. Similarly to other cheeses from the same family, it is easily recognizable thanks to its pear shape, with the head tied by a string, used to hang it during aging.
Ingredients: Pasteurized MILK, rennet, salt and lactic ferments.
