Our production of sweet stretched curd cheeses embraces the most typical forms of the Italian dairy tradition: donut, crushed and veins, united by the lactic taste and light color, tending to ivory.

Like all our cheeses, sweet pasta filate is prepared with fresh milk from small local farms.

 

Ingredients: Pasteurized MILK, rennet, salt and lactic ferments.

Origin of milk: Italy – 100% Sicily

Formats: 3 kg loaf / 0.5 kg squash / 0.5 kg donut

The product can be used as an ingredient in food preparations or consumed “uncooked”, as in the typical Italian cheese tradition.
