Our production of smoked cheeses celebrates the most typical forms of the Italian dairy tradition: provola, braids, schiacciate, donuts and strings, all characterized by the intense flavor and the brown color typical of smoking.
Like all our cheeses, our smoked stretched curd cheese is made with fresh milk from small local farms.
Ingredients: Pasteurized MILK, rennet, salt and lactic ferments. Smoked using liquid smoke aroma.
