The smaller version of the classic provola, in a 500 g format. The Sicilian provoletta by La Cava presents the same characteristics of its “older sister”: soft and compact cheese, delicate and lactic taste, white color, tending to ivory. Like all our cheeses, the sweet provoletta is prepared from milk collected from small farms in our territory. Manual processing and short aging time make it one of our most popular dairy products.
