The provola with verdello is one of the specialties of our dairy. We prepare it by inserting an organic green lemon, still whole, right into the heart of the cheese, during the spinning phase. During aging, the verdello releases its aromas in the cheese, giving this provola a sweet and citrus flavor. Like all our cheeses, our provola flavored with verdello is made with 100% Sicilian milk.
