Our provola with pistachio is a soft cow’s milk cheese with the addition of peeled pistachios.
The choice of using milk from small local farms, combined with manual processing, gives our cheeses a typical flavor, which is impossible to find in similar products as it is closely linked to the territory of origin and the experience of our cheesemakers.
Ingredients: Pasteurized MILK, PISTACHIO (2%), rennet, salt and lactic ferments.
