Cheesehal is our Halal certified cheese with vegetal rennet. It is made with sheep’s and cow’s milk of Sicilian origin, while rennet has been replaced with 100% vegetal kiwi paste. It meets all Halal requirements and can be consumed by those who follow a vegetarian diet.

 

Ingredients: Ingredients: pasteurized MILK, kiwi paste, salt.
