“Bianca dell’Etna” is La Cava’s fresh spreadable cheese. A soft cheese, made with fresh Sicilian milk and live lactic ferments only.
Low in sodium and rich in proteins, it has a delicate taste, slightly acidulous, and is packaged in 300 g blocks.

Ingredients: pasteurized MILK, live lactic ferments, salt

Origin of milk: Italy – 100% Sicily
