Our special cheeses free from and rich in

La Cava’s dairy specials are created to meet the needs of those who follow specific diets.

Our “free from’s”, such as lactose-free cheese and ricotta, probiotic cheese and cheese with vegetable rennet, are part of this category of products. Like all our cheeses, they are prepared with milk from small farms in our area, within a 100% Sicilian short chain.
