Light and delicate, La Cava’s mozzarella fior di latte is prepared with cow milk collected from a 100% Sicilian short supply chain.
We use fresh milk from farms located in the territory of Mount Etna, the Nebrodi mountain range and the Alcantara river, and we process it in our dairy, in Randazzo. Our production of Sicilian mozzarella stands out not only for the quality of the raw material used, but also for the artisanal production methods we have been implementing for 50 years.
Ingredients: pasteurized MILK, live lactic ferments, salt and rennet.
