Our oven baked ricotta from sheep’s milk whey, made according to the traditional Sicilian recipe.
It is baked in terracotta terrines for few hours, which gives it a soft texture and a savory and delicious milk taste. The color is golden on the outside. Our soft oven baked ricotta “Affarata” is perfect as part of a cheese platter or as an appetizer.
Ingredients: pasteurized sheep’s MILK whey, pasteurized MILK whey, pasteurized sheep’s MILK and salt.
